Spring has officially sprung and there is no better time to share our exciting development updates! From new construction to on-boarding new builders, we’ve been busy bees making sure our community hive is always striving towards becoming a supreme Colorado development. Out with the Sold, In with the New
As of February, our fantastic partners, Wonderland Homes, officially SOLD OUT! The LIVE Collection brought four chic and contemporary row homes designed with exceptional, energy-efficient features. The Home Builders Association of Metro Denver recognized their ‘Denver Model’ as 2018’s Attached Home of the Year. With a 50-year reputation in Colorado, Wonderland brought a forward-thinking vision to our emerging community and we are incredibly proud to show off their magnificent homes. Good things are also brewing for our biggest Downtown Superior builder, Remington Homes. Their Phase II plans received city approval and will be located on the exclusive western side of the community. Facing amazing topography and unlimited access to landscaped trails and open spaces, this build is perfect for the resident wanting both privacy and a connection to the magnificent outdoors available in Superior. Phase II will feature four, new townhome plans ranging in size from 1,740 to 2,253 square feet. All homes offer 3-4 bedrooms, 2.5-3.5 baths and brand new features, finishes, and designs that speak to the signature Colorado style and architecture. Construction officially began in March and we could not be more excited to welcome these exceptional builds into our growing community. Unveil the Retail
The Downtown Superior skyline is taking shape! Ranch Capital is in the midst of finalizing plans with various partners to develop approximately 75,000 square feet of Main Street retail over the course of 2019 with expected phased completion starting in 2020. From local vendors to regional and national retailers, our team is focused on curating the very best collection of stores and restaurants for our super shoppers.
