11 Nov A November to Remember in Superior
Sharing the indoor inspirations and community spotlights to stay festive this Fall.
November is the time when we look at all the little things in our world that make us grateful, even when the world around us looks different than usual. It’s a time to share our appreciation, spread generosity, and stay connected with our neighbors and community – While remaining safe and socially distanced of course. With gatherings limited and the colder weather approaching, Downtown Superior wanted to share the local news and events that continue to enrich our region this Fall. We hope you find some festive inspiration along the way!
Feeling Generous this Gifting Season?
The Superior Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Silent Auction in support of graduating high school seniors. Ever dream of a weekend with a Tesla? How about an African Photo Safari? Starting November 12th through the 21st, you can test your luck while supporting hard-working students this school year. For more information, head to the 2020 Superior Chamber Silent Auction.
More Superior Chamber of Commerce events are being held throughout the month that you won’t want to miss. Whether you’re planning a winter bucket list or crossing off your end of the year to-do’s, we hope you stay safe and Superior.
Celebrating Native American Heritage Month
This November, we are celebrating Native American Heritage Month and taking the time to educate ourselves on the traditions, customs, and contributions that Native people have made to our country and our beautiful state of Colorado. In an effort to help raise awareness of these diverse cultures, the Native American Heritage Month Foundation is hosting virtual events that you can attend for free all month long!
Wondering how you can contribute to your community? Colorado Parent, an online go-to guide for local families, recently published an article on How to Honor Native American Heritage Month in the Centennial State.

Congratulations to one of Downtown Superior’s latest resident, Rebecca Mass, on her purchase of a brand new townhome with Remington Homes. Just because our gatherings are smaller this season, doesn’t mean your dining room can’t make a big impact. We love this elegant entertaining space featured in Thrive Home Builder’s Insight Model at Downtown Superior. With muted tones and bold accent pieces, this table for six is the perfect size for hosting a safe and delicious Thanksgiving feast. Their solar-powered rowhomes are also low-maintenance providing you with more time for decorating and enjoying the holidays.
