25 Jul Downtown Superior is Gaining Momentum
On June 1, 2017, Downtown Superior developer Ranch Capital LLC co-hosted a home preview and broker event with the community’s three exclusive and locally based homebuilders, Remington Homes, Wonderland Homes and Thrive Home Builders. Some 50 residential real estate brokers enjoyed a gourmet lunch at the newly opened Sport Stable restaurant, Brunelleschi’s and learned about Downtown Superior’s premier home offerings.
Brokers were provided with an update on the 157-acre development’s construction schedule. At its completion, the mixed-use community will include 1,400 residential units, 444,600 square feet of commercial and retail space, 373,000 square feet of office space and up to 500 hotel rooms. After the presentations real estate brokers were guided on hardhat home construction, tour where they could see first hand the community taking shape.
“With the homes now going vertical and parking spaces, sidewalks and landscaping on Main Street and Superior Drive now in the final phase this community is becoming real for a long time and prospective residents,” said Bill Jencks Ranch Capital vice president of real estate.
In addition to the infrastructure updates, office space is available for lease. Potential homebuyers can also get in while the market is hot, plots are available and models are projected to be ready for touring later this year. The residential component will feature:
- 1,400 residential units
- 42 acres of outdoor recreation and open space
- 10-minute walk to RTD Flatiron Flyer stop
- 35 minutes to Denver International Airport
- Coveted Boulder County location
- Easy access to award-winning schools
- Walking distance to shopping, dining and world-class sports center
- Adjacency to extensive open space and trail system
- Three-acre neighborhood park
- Diverse housing styles
- Open floor plans with outdoor living spaces
- Extensive customization options inside and out
- 5-star energy efficiency ratings
- Pricing from the low-400’s
- And more…
Located at U.S. 36 and McCaslin, just eight miles southeast of Boulder in the town of Superior and adjacent to Louisville, the homes will help satisfy a growing hunger for housing in the area, which has been bustling with demand due to growth along the US 36 corridor according to Anthony Hahn from Colorado Hometown Weekly, who attended the event.
The project will continue to build out through late 2018 with retail and hospitality space coming in the near future.
We look forward to sharing more updates as this walkable, vibrant downtown community comes to fruition.
