21 Sep Element Hotel Coming to Downtown Superior

The first hotel for Downtown Superior is ready to build!  The Element Hotel will be going in at the location of the old Boulder Valley Ice, right by Superior Liquor and Old Chicago.  Element is inspired by Westin Hotels.  It will be a four-story building and have 121 guest rooms.  The guest rooms are spacious and feature fully-equipped kitchens and spa-inspired bathrooms. They offer studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom, perfect for that extended stay.  The common areas are designed to be user-friendly and multi-purpose.

The Downtown Superior Element will include an outdoor pool and a fitness center for your exercise needs.  Your stay will include breakfast in the morning and a happy hour in the evening.

The Element Hotel will be a great addition to Downtown Superior and for the entire region.  With its close proximity to Boulder, Interlocken and other surrounding office space, and of course the Sport Stable which hosts multiple hockey tournaments throughout the year, this will be a highly sought after location.

Construction is expected to begin before the end of 2016.  Downtown Superior is approved for up to 500 hotel rooms.  There is space for additional hotels next door to the Element Hotel and also in the core of Downtown Superior.
